Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Associate to join our team at 837 GlaxoSmithKline Inc. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in managing the integration of pharmaceutical brands and executing marketing campaigns to optimize the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate customer insights into future marketing strategies
  • Execute global integrated campaigns and adapt to customer needs
  • Engage with medical teams to gain customer insights and respond to customer needs
  • Manage local congresses and GSK-sponsored digital and face-to-face events
  • Collaborate with third-party stakeholders and global teams on local implementation
  • Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement and delivery of pharmaceutical share growth
  • Advise global and regional teams on customers, competition, and market
  • Develop a media plan in line with global strategy to ensure integration with campaign objectives and marketing mix
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing and/or sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Service/customer-oriented
  • Experience in multichannel marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
