We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Travel Product Design Lead to join our prototyping team at FCM Travel. As a key member of our agile development and design studio, you will be responsible for leading the UI/UX design process for our rapid prototypes, from concept to implementation.
The ideal candidate will have a unique skill set that enables them to bridge the gap between design and product development, ensuring our products not only look great but also deliver exceptional user experiences and meet strategic business goals. You will work closely with our leadership team to test hypotheses, explore new ideas, and build rapid prototypes for user and market testing.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead the UI/UX design process for our rapid prototypes, from concept to implementation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, UX Researchers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, alignment, and successful ideation.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, feedback, and metrics to drive improvements in the product.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience)
This role combines the responsibilities of a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) designer with those of a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a unique skill set that enables them to bridge the gap between design and product development, ensuring our products not only look great but also deliver exceptional user experiences and meet strategic business goals.

Experience & Qualifications
- You have proven experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- You have some experience in product management, including defining product strategies, creating roadmaps, and working with development teams.
- You love working in a collaborative, high-energy environment, using agile methodologies and tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Pivotal Tracker (or equivalents).
