SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $165,382 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions.
Job DescriptionIn this critical role, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the implementation of our real estate strategy and portfolio management across Canada
- Directing market research for regional areas, lease negotiations, and deal closings
- Managing asset properties and supporting corporate objectives
- Leveraging your leadership skills to inspire and mentor a team of leaders on relationship management and business acumen
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum 8-10 years of commercial real estate experience, including overall responsibility for a retail real estate portfolio
- Post-secondary education in Business Management or equivalent Real Estate/Legal related experience
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills, including organizational, facilitation, negotiating, and conflict management skills
- Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to procure and analyze quantitative and qualitative information
