We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Functional Analyst to join our team at CPKC. As a key member of our Information Services department, you will be responsible for gathering, understanding, and detailing business processes to craft, recommend, and implement solutions that improve those processes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects, enhancements, and system support across a complex and integrated landscape
- Develop and support SAP TM, SAP Event Management (SAP EM), and SAP Fiori Applications, utilizing SAP technical frameworks such as BOPF, FPM, FBI, BRF+, and AIF
- Elicit and gather business and user requirements from stakeholders, perform gap analysis, and own the resolution of incidents and defects in SAP applications
- Communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems to technical teams designing and implementing the solution
- Write and document functional specifications, perform system configuration (SPRO), and build diagrams and models to detail functional requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in SAP implementation, with a preference for more than 1 full project lifecycle with TM, EM, or SD, with a focus on logistics
- Ability to manage business expectations and deliver effective solutions
- Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining constructive working relationships
- SAP TM experience, specifically in areas like Forwarding Order Management, Transportation Charge Management, and Forwarding Settlement is an asset
