Job Summary

B.C. Ltd. dba FreshSlice Pizza is seeking a seasoned Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our restaurant.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, excellent customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders and optimal staff utilization.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, providing guidance on food preparation, portioning, and presentation techniques.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Possess a secondary school graduation certificate as a minimum educational requirement.
  • Have at least 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle conflicts and issues efficiently.
Work Environment
  • Work term: Permanent position.
  • Work language: English.
  • Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $$43,000 - $52,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
