Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Network Architect to join our Technology Consulting Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and experience in designing data center infrastructure.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality deliverables, collaborating with project managers and other design team members, and ensuring designs meet local, state, and federal code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design data center infrastructure, including power and cooling systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and other design team members.
- Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal code requirements.
- Find solutions to design problems and communicate unresolved items for review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required (engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) and 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of other experience preferred.
- RCDD or prepping for the RCDD license examination is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
- Familiarity with network, wireless, access control, and audiovisual design requirements.
