Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate structured workshops and discussions to gather information from stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and assess complex information and initiatives, preparing recommendations and solutions that translate business priorities into implementable actions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum + years' experience in Business Analysis.
  • Consultation and relationship management skills to build sustainable relationships throughout the ministry.
  • Minimum + years' experience in Technology services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector ITIL process and PMO Stage Gate process.
  • Experience with Service Ontario/Ministry of Government and Consumer Services business processes.
