CB Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Capital Markets group, you will be responsible for driving business analysis and data mapping initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis and data mapping projects across the Capital Markets group, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions, leveraging expertise in SQL, MS Excel, and data modeling.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, documentation, and requirements using Jira and Confluence.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of business analysis experience, with a strong background in system analysis and project-based environments.
  • Proven expertise in Capital Markets initiatives, product knowledge, and end-to-end life cycle knowledge.
  • Strong SQL skills for analysis and testing, as well as proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with data mapping and modeling, including XML/FpML.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
