Job Summary:
The Catering Coordinator will be responsible for leading a team of 3 and overseeing inventory management, ensuring the kitchen, conference center, and coffee rooms are well-stocked. This role requires exceptional client service skills, including coordinating meeting requirements, prompt delivery of food, beverage, and catering needs, and coordinating staff schedules with events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 and oversee inventory management
- Ensure exceptional client service for all events
- Coordinate meeting requirements and deliver food, beverage, and catering needs
- Coordinate staff schedules with events
- Track sales and manage daily reports
- Review receipts, cash records, and cash log sheets for accuracy
- Ensure tidiness and regular maintenance and sanitation of equipment in the kitchen, lounge, and coffee rooms
- Train and monitor staff's utilization of operational procedures for POS systems and registers
Requirements:
- Leadership skills

What We Offer:
$24 per hour + 4% vacation pay, paid weekly
Monday to Friday, normal work schedule
