As a key member of the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies team, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and excellence in all operations between both hotels, with a keen attention to detail.

Revenue Management and Distribution

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for various hotel departments as directed, and be a key player in the hotels' revenue management and distribution strategy, managing rates and inventory across all channels.

Guest Experience
