Hotel Cleaner Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Cleaner to join our team at Best Western Fernie Plus Mountain Lodge. As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Restock linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
  • Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 lbs).
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
