Business Process Analyst - Performance Optimization

Brooksource is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and owning business process metrics and reporting across Personal and Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain business process metrics and reporting to drive business performance and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Design and deliver performance reporting and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Lead the definition, creation, and maintenance of standardized dashboards and performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, Math, Computer Science, Marketing, or similar.
  • 3+ years of applicable experience.
  • Strong foundation in data and analysis.
  • Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in SAS EG coding.
