Key Responsibilities- Establishing Efficient Work Schedules: Plan and implement work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served efficiently and to a high standard.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit and train new kitchen staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen performance and other relevant matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.
- At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- A Food Safety Certificate.
In return for your expertise and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. Our full-time positions also come with benefits such as:
