Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Tax Preparer to join our team at BrenTax Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing income tax returns, invoicing clients, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Income Tax Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete income tax returns for clients.
  • Client Invoicing: Invoice clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, such as maintaining filing systems, updating financial data, and retrieving information as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Relevant Education: A college certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, database software, electronic mail, spreadsheet software (MS Excel), word processing software (MS Word), and internet applications is required.
