Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
