Produce Stocker

As a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked produce area. This position requires a strong commitment to adhering to Walmart's basic beliefs and values, as well as a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Zones the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product placement.
- Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality merchandise.
- Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet customer expectations.
- Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.
- Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and stock management.
- Ensures the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business.
- Follows Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
