About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our team at ASR Innovations Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Business Intelligence, Jira, Workday, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
