Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Linesteel (1973) Limited. As a Flatbed Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
  • Perform brake adjustments and pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections
  • Perform preventive maintenance and record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
  • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements
  • AZ class license and Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
