We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Gordon Food Service Canada Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, location, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
  • AZ class license and a valid driver's abstract.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as transportation or logistics.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
