About the Opportunity

This role is an integral part of our sales, distribution, and inventory operations for vehicle parts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for retail customers and service operations
  • Recommending and selling parts and accessories, either by phone or at the retail parts department
  • Promoting retail and wholesale sales by building relationships with external customers
  • Determining availability of parts and accessories; placing special orders as required
  • Providing price quotes and other related parts information
  • Preparing parts orders for shipment, delivery, or collection
  • Participating in parts inventory counting and stocking
About You

We're looking for candidates with a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:

  • A secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in parts sales, logistics, and warehousing
  • A proven track record of successful customer service and handling
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (i.e. CDK/Reynolds)
  • The ability to lift/move objects (50 pounds or less)
  • The ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • The ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • The ability to maintain professionalism
  • The ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
