About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team at COBS Bread. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing financial and commercial advice to support the growth and success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and assess franchisee financial information, including monthly financial statements, budgets, and financial health questionnaires, to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for sound financial and commercial outcomes.
  • Commercial Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders, including franchisees, financial institutions, and lawyers, to support the financial and commercial health of the franchise network.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks across the franchise network and work to achieve sound financial and commercial outcomes for both COBS Bread and its Franchisees.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support the Senior Manager, FP&A with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Coach and guide stakeholders on COBS Bread commercial management policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Education: A post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Skills: Strong financial and business acumen, with practiced influencing/negotiation skills, ability to build relationships and influence sound commercial outcomes, high attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills.
