Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our team at our Stony Plain Food Store in Stony Plain, AB. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized deli area, and assist with food preparation and packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers at the deli counter
- Package, wrap, and label prepared foods, meats, and cheeses
- Maintain a display of deli products, ensuring facing, filling, and organization meet company standards
- Monitor case temperature, clean equipment, and workspaces
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic approach to work
- Efficient and accurate in a busy environment
- Ability to handle all deli meats and products
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
