Job Summary

Brafton is a leading content marketing firm with offices in Boston, London, and Sydney. We strive to set the standard for marketing content and create result-driven strategies and content for our clients. Our teams continuously develop expertise in new media formats, including video, blogs, infographics, and web design.

This is a 100% remote, full-time contract role open to candidates in Alberta or British Columbia. If you're a strong fit for this role, you'll have a solid creative background, preferably with a focus on editorial. You'll work closely with our creative production teams to review all work, provide feedback, and ensure it meets our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the client's internal advocate and ensure their needs are met.
  • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
  • Track tasks and deliverables for your accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Work with production teams to ensure timely and on-brief delivery of tasks and deliverables.
  • Review and provide feedback on production deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
  • Attend regular client check-ins to ensure open communication and address any concerns.
  • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strong computer skills, including proficiency with our proprietary software and industry tools.
  • Gain exceptional product knowledge and a deep understanding of our production processes.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A strong understanding of client briefs and the ability to provide actionable feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and meaningful feedback to production teams.
  • Strong editorial and written communication skills to ensure high-quality content.
  • Good people skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
