We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at BESTWAY CONCRETE CONTRACTORS. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure a precise finish.
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, such as trowels and floats.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to complete the concrete structure.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to ensure a long-lasting finish.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the concrete finishing industry.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, and gloves are required.
