Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Executive to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing high-potential partnerships that drive growth and revenue for our organization.

In this role, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, develop targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers, and leverage multiple channels to connect with potential partners. You will also build and nurture long-term relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, and industry influencers, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align messaging and strategy.

You will have the opportunity to represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, expanding our visibility and connecting with potential partners. In addition, you will maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and partnership agreements in our CRM system, generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities, and use data analytics to refine strategies and support decision-making initiatives.
