Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies to attract potential residents and convert them into actual residents, ensuring the property achieves its occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist prospects and current residents with professionalism and positivity.
- Develop and implement both print and digital marketing campaigns to promote the property.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on guest cards and participate in outreach marketing activities, distributing flyers and advertising materials as needed.
- Facilitate the move-in process, including touring models or vacant units, setting up mini-models, promoting the property, and coordinating lease signings.
- Assist with application verifications and conduct marketing surveys to evaluate competitor activity.
- Ensure all business transactions adhere to Michaels policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, such as Fair Housing and Americans with Disabilities Act.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

- Required Experience: At least two years of experience in Marketing/Leasing and Customer Service.
- Required Education/Training: High School Diploma required; any college-level marketing coursework preferred.
- Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and organizational skills, creativity in developing innovative marketing presentations, and attention to detail regarding applications and compliance.
- Familiarity with RealPage software is an asset, as well as understanding of LIHTC or Section 8 and mixed-finance properties.

Working Conditions

This role primarily involves office work but may require occasional site visits to tour models and distribute marketing materials. You must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
