Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide superior customer service to clients, responding to their requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Transactions: Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, and deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions.
- Client File Management: Analyze, open, and update client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Portfolio Management: Produce portfolio management reports and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to wealth advisors, including managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetings.
