Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Business Development Manager to join our team at Reimer Associates Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a small base of accounts and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the trucking and transportation industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
