Sales Representative Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in the sales and marketing of pre-construction high-rise developments. Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and lead follow-up.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients.
  • Exceeding sales targets and staying up-to-date with market trends and competition.
  • Collaborating with Administration and Marketing teams to drive sales forward.
  • Managing agreements of purchase and sale with attention to detail.
  • Providing exceptional experiences for buyers and ensuring high closing rates.
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and being flexible when needed.

Requirements

  • A real estate license in good standing with RECO.
  • At least 2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in high-rise pre-construction condominiums.
  • A proven track record of successful sales in pre-construction developments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales database management.
  • The ability to work long hours during project launches and maintain a strong work ethic.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with excellent time management.
  • Established relationships with VIP, Platinum, and pre-construction-focused agents.
