Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement customized investment plans and portfolios to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure that clients feel valued and informed throughout the investment process.
  • Collaborate with other RBC teams, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a strong track record of success in a commission-based environment.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, and a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
