- Engage in regular personal development training and mentorship sessions to improve skills and leadership qualities.
- Performance-based responsibilities and marketing strategy needed.
- Build and manage client relationships through excellent communication and support.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about personal development and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously from at least 23 hours a day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by flexibility, growth potential, and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- No experience in the industry required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
