Job Overview

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Design and Planning: Develop site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental, and regulatory aspects.
  2. Site Supervision: Oversee work in the field and ensure site follow-up, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project.
  4. Document Preparation: Prepare and submit technical documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  5. Resource Management: Manage resources and budget allocated to site development projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective project management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
  2. Experience: Significant previous experience in the design and management of site development projects.
  3. Technical Skills: Advanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling software.
  4. Teamwork and Project Management: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneously.
  5. Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
