We are seeking a skilled Counselor for Employee Wellbeing to join our team at Workplace Options, LLC. As a leader in holistic wellbeing solutions, we deliver high-quality care to millions of individuals worldwide. Our EAP Counselors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat, and email, demonstrating the power of a good conversation.
In this role, you will provide single-session telephonic and video counseling, in-the-moment support, and crisis management while maintaining client confidentiality. You will assess clients thoroughly, ensure appropriateness for short-term counseling, and collaborate with external resources or within WPO as part of our holistic approach. To excel, you will need a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, along with licensure or clinical certification preferred.
