Manufacturing Cleaner

About the Role:
CPL is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Cleaner to join our team in a pharmaceutical production environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our manufacturing suites and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently clean and sanitize all equipment and hardware in the equipment train.
- Assist in the dis-assembly and re-assembly of equipment and hardware in the equipment train.
- Perform cleaning tasks in confined spaces, following safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to specified cleaning SOPs.
- Report any hazards, unsafe acts, or conditions in the workplace.
- Maintain the wash-up areas and manufacturing suites to meet GMP standards.
- Contribute to achieving Lean Goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum post-secondary education in a related field.
- Preferably one to two years of experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP production environment.
- Demonstrate competencies in CPL's core values: Excellence, Rigor, Ownership, Integrity, and Agility.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
