Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team at the Tritan Group Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma but be willing to train. You will work in various locations, performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors. You will also dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture. Additionally, you will make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.

You will also be responsible for disinfecting operating rooms and other areas, cleaning and disinfecting elevators, picking up debris, and emptying trash containers. Your duties may also include performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma required but willingness to train is essential
- Availability to work in various locations
A valid criminal record check is mandatory. The ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and combine sitting, standing, and walking is necessary for this role. We are looking for someone with flexibility, good judgement, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Work EnvironmentThis is an on-the-road job that requires 35 hours of work per week. CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure is subject to change and may vary depending on individual circumstances. We strive to provide fair compensation for our employees' hard work and dedication.
