Job Title: Truck Driver - Long Haul

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Swiftrans Logistics. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods
  • Obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Perform preventive maintenance
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption

Requirements:

  • AZ class license
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)

Working Conditions:

  • On the road job
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
