Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- AZ class license
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Valid passport
- Driver's validity licence check
- Driving record check (abstract)
- Drug test
As a Truck Driver, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work overtime and be away from home for extended periods.
