About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Contact North | Contact Nord. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and engaging top talent from across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Career Development
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
    • Collaborate with our education team to design and deliver career development programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development
    • Source and recruit top talent from across the country, utilizing a range of recruitment channels and strategies.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including education institutions and industry partners.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Collaborate with our project management team to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, education, or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
