Restaurant Chain Corporate Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller to join our team at Restaurex Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of our restaurant chain.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorize department establishment, and establish financial and administrative controls.
- Organizational Development: Co-ordinate regional, divisional, or departmental work, establish objectives, and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Human Resources: Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, organized, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, large workload, and attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
