We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and inventory management.
- Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management to meet customer demand.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
