As a key member of our ScotiaMcLeod team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch systems. Your technical expertise will be essential in providing top-notch support to our staff, ensuring that all workstations, voice communications, and multi-functioning devices are running at optimal levels.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide proactive and reactive technical expertise to address issues and improvements for Branch Staff.
- Liaison with Support Teams: Act as the liaison with the Helpdesk and the Branch Training and Support Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issues.
- Technology Management: Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency.
- Training and Development: Provide basic-level training on all applications to branch employees.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate issues to internal and external providers.
- IT Support Experience: Experience in providing IT support to end-users.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: Provide excellent service in a professional and respectful manner.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft systems: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Operating System Familiarity: Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
