Overview & Responsibilities:

Sales Family Service Advisors at Foundation Partners Group are responsible for selling pre-arranged funeral contracts, cemetery property, and merchandise in accordance with established sales objectives and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling pre-arranged funeral contracts to clients in advance of need
  • Making sales in accordance with established sales objectives and procedures
  • Completing contracts and other documents as required to provide sales and customer service
  • Developing personal sales leads through personal contacts, telephone solicitation, and group marketing activities
  • Setting appointments and making presentations to prospective clients
  • Attending visitations, funerals, and interment services of client families
  • Attending sales meetings and group sales activities as directed
  • Providing client family services supporting the primary outside sales responsibility
  • Maintaining records of personal sales activity and performance results

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong preference for formal training in business or business-related areas
  • Experience in commissioned sales is strongly preferred
  • An insurance license or the ability to obtain one
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
  • The ability to travel independently
