Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely delivery of food and services.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and adhering to budget constraints.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service and food quality.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Develop and deliver training programs to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that food and services meet the expectations of our guests.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets, preparing cost estimates and forecasts to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a strong background in food preparation, service, and management.
Language: English
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
