Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Water Treatment Specialist - Equipment Assembler to join our team at Culligan of Canada. As a key member of our water treatment team, you will be responsible for assembling and refurbishing water conditioning equipment, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and refurbish water conditioners, including testing and ensuring proper working order.
  • Disassemble and reassemble units to clean or discard parts, and test again for proper working order.
  • Inspect and prepare orders coming from branches for shipment.
  • Maintain and manage inventory of refurbishment parts, including ordering and stocking.
  • Keep accurate records of part numbers used for repairs to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving products, including operating a forklift as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to work with tools and equipment.
  • Able and willing to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
