We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at 1262396 BC LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Balance daily transactions, open and close personal and commercial accounts, process banking transactions, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
- Customer Service: Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts, and process received information required to open accounts and savings plans and purchasing bonds.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and organized.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
