We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Tri Lake Animal Hospital and Referral Centre. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Process patient admissions and discharges, including updating medical records and handling billing and payment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
