About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterproofing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Humo Restorations Inc. As a key member of our waterproofing crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of waterproofing systems on various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of waterproofing technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being performed to the highest standards and that all necessary safety protocols are being followed.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the waterproofing industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of waterproofing systems and materials.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights and in noisy environments.
