Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the success of our store by making important decisions that directly impact business results. You will also be responsible for developing and empowering your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance and career development.
