Accounting and Bookkeeping Role

At 5 Star Catering Ltd, we are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and fixed assets
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books and other financial reports
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  • Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and other office software
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and the work environment is fast-paced.
