Raffi Jewellers, a renowned luxury retailer in Ontario, is seeking a skilled Watchmaker to join our team. As an Authorized Retailer and Jeweller for Rolex, Tudor, and Raffi Fine Diamond Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and expertise.

About the Role

We are looking for a Watchmaker who can provide in-store watch service on Rolex and Tudor watches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in watchmaking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each Rolex After-Sales Service workshop meets brand requirements and client expectations.
  • Perform quality control processes to ensure watches are functioning to standards.
  • Communicate with clients regarding job status, estimates, and repair recommendations.
  • Manage client leads for watch repair and service.
  • Support sales professionals to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work closely with management and staff to maintain quality control standards.
Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in watchmaking or equivalent.
  • Theoretical watchmaking knowledge and knowledge of Rolex products.
  • Excellent motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in emails, online portals, and Excel worksheet tracking.
